Noise duo Sun State is Jon Eriksen and Lars Myrvoll. They occationally collaborate with other artists live.
The extatic output of this collaboration carries nuances of free jazz, noise music and avant rock. Their live sets are improvised sessions fueled by Eriksens' massive brick walls of noise, synthetic melodies and feedback, all wrapped up in waves of Myrvolls' sparkling guitar timbres.
